Gatley Golf Club is a nine-hole course that can be played as an eighteen-hole, with a par of 68 being offered for that. Measuring just over 5900 yards, it is not the longest course in the region but is demanding nevertheless, as it plays host to a neat array of cleverly placed and unforgiving hazards.
The club is often busy, so phoning in advance if you wish to play is a very good idea to be guaranteed of getting a game. Visitors are welcome to play on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays also, whilst societies are catered for on Thursdays by prior arrangement only.
